Christopher Steven Deeds is the District Manager for EnergiPersonnel. He started with Energi in August of 1999 as office support and quickly moved into a recruiting admin position that taught him the basics of employment practices and more importantly employment law. Christopher became a recruiter in 2001 where he helped Energi break revenue records for all consecutive years. Christopher became branch manager of the Odessa office of EnergiPersonnel in September of 2005 and built the current team of winners into record breaking employees. Christopher is a Certified Personnel Consultant as well as a Certified Temporary Staffing Specialist.

Judy Hansler, EnergiPersonnel’s Vice-President of Operations is a lifetime Midland resident with roots planted deep in the Permian Basin soil. After graduating from Robert E. Lee High School she began working in a retail floral shop for over 14 years learning the ins and outs of retail business and customer service. In 1991, Judy became an outside sales, media rep for a #1 radio station. Judy and her Husband Fred opened EnergiPersonnel in 1993. While growing EnergiPersonnel Judy has earned four prestigious certifications: Certified Temporary Staffing Specialist and Certified Personnel Consultant from the National Association of Personnel Services and Technical Staffing Certified and Certified Staffing Professional from the American Staffing Association. She has held several positions on the board of Permian Basin Association of Personnel Consultants and the Texas Association of Staffing.

Fred Hansler, President of EnergiPersonnel
Graduated with BS in Mathematics/Engineering from University of Texas of the Permian Basin in 1982. Fred began his Career with Snelling and Snelling as a Recruiter. He earned his Certified Personnel Consultant certification from National Association of Personnel Consultants. The next several years he served as General Manager of Snelling and Snelling and Adia Temporary Services in Midland and Odessa. Fred left those positions to start and independent staffing services, EnergiPersonnel with his Wife Judy in 1993.

Ashley Anderson graduated in 2001 from Goddard High School in Roswell, NM. Ashley worked for A & A Enterprise for 5 years as a receptionist before coming to Energi Personal. Ashley joined the Energi Personnel team on August 10, 2009 as a receptionist. She does all of our data entry, verifying references, answering phones and scheduling appointments.

After completing her education at Texas Christian University, Tonya moved to Midland in 1998 where she worked for Hobart Carter as well as both BH Management and Weidner Apartment Homes. Tonya joined EnergiPersonnel in August of 2006 as a recruiter after a long career in apartment and property management. She recruits for clerical and industrial positions as well any professional positions for various clients throughout the Permian Basin.

Chance Dower is a 1998 graduate of The University of Texas of the Permian Basin with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology. After graduating from UTPB, Chance started working for International Business College in Lubbock, TX as a Business and Computer Instructor, Director of Education, Director of Career Services and was ultimately promoted to Executive Director of the El Paso campus. In 2001, Chance became a public school teacher and taught special education classes for Andrews ISD for 5 years. What drew Chance to the education field and to recruiting was his passion for working with people, and helping them to better their lives by accomplishing their goals.
Chance started working as a Recruiter with the Odessa branch of EnergiPersonnel in January of 2008. He was able to learn the business quickly and was promoted to Recruiting Manager in August of 2008. Although Chance has a strong presence in the Accounting, Administrative and Engineering fields, he is a generalist in the recruiting field, which means that he works with all industries and does not limit himself to a particular field. Chance sat for and was awarded the Certified Temporary Staffing Specialist (CTS) certification through the National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS) in April of 2009.

Jonathan Salazar is a 2003 graduate of Robert E. Lee High School in Midland, TX. While still in high school, Jonathan began work at Midland Memorial Hospital where he was eventually promoted to HR Recruiting Assistant. Jonathan gained valuable knowledge in many HR processes including recruiting for a wide range of positions and he became familiar with the laws that govern the hiring process. Jonathan remained in this position at Midland Memorial Hospital for 3 years. In 2008, Jonathan went to work for DCP Midstream as a Contract Recruiter. While at DCP Midstream, Jonathan broadened his experience by recruiting for Oil & Gas related positions. Jonathan joined the Odessa of EnergiPersonnel team as a Junior Recruiter in June of 2009. Jonathan’s recruiting experience has helped him to adapt to the fast paced and customer service oriented environment of the staffing industry.

Jesika is a 2007 graduate from Permian High School. While in High School she worked for the UTPB police department as a clerk for a year and a half and then worked as the dean’s assistant for the school of business at UTPB. While working for both departments, she learned the importance of confidentiality and customer service. Jesika joined the team at the Odessa Branch of EnergiPersonnel on January 14th, 2008. Jesika started out as a receptionist and then was promoted to research assistant. Jesika is now working as the research assistant as well as performing some of the recruiting duties. She attends UTPB full time majoring in Business Marketing and plans on graduating in December of 2010 with her Bachelors of Business Administration. Jesika is very customer oriented and loves working with people.

Janie Mendez was hired at Energipersonnel on February 19, 2008. She started out as a temp working for the City-Parks Department as a receptionist. After her assignment ended there she began working at the Energi’s office as a receptionist doing payroll and various administrative assistant work duties.
