Charles joined Energi Personnel in 2015. He enjoys meeting people and says he has never met a stranger. One of his strengths is his determination to finish what he starts. He earned an aeronautics degree from Midland College. In his free time, Charles enjoys traveling with his husband, remodeling houses, fishing and spending time with his animals.

Christopher started in the staffing business 21 years ago working as a temporary employee. He was eventually asked to help out internally as a filing clerk and receptionist. He moved to recruiting within a year and worked a desk for 15 years before becoming operations director. Christopher loves being able to see everything come together and function well. He says it’ s like watching a well-oiled engine running smoothly. He’s a numbers person, so stats, kpo’s and financial evaluation give him that warm and fuzzy feeling… most of the time. Christopher studied business at University of Texas of the Permian Basin.
In his spare time, Christopher likes to remodel houses, exercise, and read murder mysteries. He also loves working in the yard and watching the plants he’s groomed grow, bloom and become something beautiful. He enjoys playing with his two Sphynx Cats, Cinnamon and Gnocchi and his dogs, Clover and Mulligan.

Colette joined Energi Personnel three years ago. She considers herself to be type A, loyal and dependable. She loves seeing candidates eager to go to work and roll over full time with the company where they were placed. She also enjoys the comradery between staff and how teamwork gets the job done. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in sociology with a minor in criminology while attending San Angelo State University and University of Texas of the Permian Basin.
When she’s not working, Colette enjoys traveling, spending time with her husband antique shopping, shooting at the shooting range, cooking and gardening.

Genevieve began with Energi Personnel in 2018, quickly learning the industry as a staffing coordinator. She is a fast learner and always willing to learn new skills. Genevieve is bilingual, which makes her a great asset to the industry and to diverse ethnicities. She enjoys the daily challenges of helping companies with their unique staffing needs. She creates a great customer service relationship with not only the client but the candidate as well.
Out of the office, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband, teenage daughter and her baby son. Time spent with God and family is what she values the most. She also enjoys watching her favorite football team and making every moment last a lifetime.

Janie enjoys helping her coworkers and seeing the smile on a candidate’s face when they get a job. She is good-hearted, honest, kind, and funny. She’s quiet at first, but once she gets to know you, she opens up. She’s motivated by getting tasks done and working hard to earn what she wants.
She attended Fort Stockton Texas and NMSU- Carlsbad. In her free time, Janie likes listening to music, watching a good movie, reading inspirational quotes, singing to her puppies, and sightseeing.
